1. Introduction

Welcome to Nirvana Grand Hotel & Resort (“Hotel”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, reservations, and services. By accessing, booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation, check-in, or enter into contractual obligations with the Hotel.

3. Reservations & Bookings

3.1. Bookings may be made directly through our website, phone, email, travel agents, or OTA partners.

3.2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.

3.3. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify bookings under exceptional circumstances.

4. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

4.1. Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

4.2. Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

4.3. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out may be provided subject to availability and charges.

4.4. Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

4.5. Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa as per government regulations.

5. Payment & Billing

5.1. We accept payments via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other payment methods as available.

5.2. Taxes are applied as per applicable regulations.

5.3. For certain rate plans, full or partial prepayment may be required.

5.4. Payments are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation, Modification & Refunds

6.1. Cancellation rules vary by rate plan and booking source.

6.2. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our Refund Policy.

6.3. No-shows may result in full retention charges.

7. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

Guests must avoid disturbing other guests, damaging property, or engaging in illegal activities. Guests are responsible for personal belongings unless deposited for safekeeping.

8. Property Damage & Loss

The Hotel may charge for repair or replacement costs for damages caused by guests.

9. Safety & Security

CCTV monitoring is used in common areas for safety. Guests must follow safety instructions and protocols.

10. House Rules

10.1. Smoking may be restricted in designated areas.

10.2. Pets may or may not be permitted—verify with the front office.

10.3. Cooking appliances are not permitted in rooms unless approved.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Hotel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or delays caused by force majeure events.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

13. Third-Party Booking Platforms
